Established in 2011, the USA Homeownership Foundation, Inc. is a 501c.3 non-profit dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership for all throughout America; to accomplish this mission, we provide homeownership education and counseling, financial coaching, lending, real estate services, and neighborhood development.

5-Point Homeownership Plan to Accomplish our Mission

Homeownership Education and Counseling. We provide homeownership classes through our online portal and live workshops across the country. We also offer homeownership counseling for all those who need guidance by our certified counselors. Our goal is to produce empowered and “Mortgage-ready” individuals who are able to purchase a home.
Lending. At USA Homeownership Loans, we treat you as an individual and strive to find a loan the fits your needs. We know that financing a home can be a daunting task; don’t worry, whether it a purchase or refinance, we are here to assist you.
Real Estate Referral Network. We connect buyers and sellers with certified real estate agents who will provide them with outstanding service.
Heroes & Helping Hand Savings Program.
- “Praise our Heroes” – This program provides Military, Veterans, Police, Firefighters, EMT, Healthcare Providers, and Teachers with savings during their real estate transactions.
- “Helping Hand” – This program provides working families who are ready for homeownership, but need help towards closing costs because of a hardship.
Neighborhood Development. Since 2014, our “Blight to Bright” community development program has resulted in 350+ property rehabilitations and 40+ mortgage-free home donations to deserving heroes across the country.
